Description
Supra-Back STD is a premium, two-part, rapid curing, modified epoxy polymer system that eliminates the use of molten zinc as a backing material in specifically crushers and mills, providing a non-shrink, 100% reactive, solvent free product with exceptionally high compressive and impact strengths, intended to fill any gaps in-between various liners and their support structures.

Cure Rate*
There are numerous of factors that will influence the final curing rate of the Crusher Backing which includes but is not limited to following: the ambient temperature; the amount of moisture (water) present in the cavity casted into; the thickness of the casting and the time the product spent in the bucket after mixing and before casting started. Therefore, although every care has been taken to supply accurate information, above figures can only serve as a calculated estimation.
Mixing**
We recommend making use of a mechanical stirrer ensuring that the Crusher Backing is homogeneously mixed before application commence. A Bosch Professional GRW 18-2E 1800W with 0-450/1050min-1 or similar is recommended.
